Common technical topics for the website and mobile app.
Subscriptions are billed and managed by the store where you signed up. On Android, open Google Play → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select Flow Greeks, then Cancel. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Flow Greeks, then Cancel Subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless your store states otherwise.
If your subscription lapsed, subscribe again from the same app store account: Google Play or Apple App Store → Subscriptions (or the app’s in-app purchase screen). If payment fails, update your payment method in the store and try again.
On iOS: Settings → Notifications → Flow Greeks → Allow Notifications (choose alert style and sounds as you prefer). On Android: Settings → Apps → Flow Greeks → Notifications → enable the categories you want. Also check that Focus / Do Not Disturb modes are not blocking the app.
First, fully close the app and reopen it. Ensure your device OS and the app are updated. Check Wi‑Fi or cellular data. If the problem continues, delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play (you will not lose a subscription tied to your store account, but you may need to sign in again). If issues persist after reinstalling, contact us by email.
Confirm notifications are enabled for the app (see above). Verify you’re logged in and that alert preferences inside the app are turned on. On some devices, battery optimization can limit background delivery—try excluding Flow Greeks from battery restrictions for time-sensitive alerts.
For mobile subscriptions, receipts and renewal history appear in Google Play or Apple ID purchase history—not in our marketing email. Use the store’s purchase history to view charges and manage payment methods.
