Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests submitted after 30 days of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at flowgreeks@gmail.com with your order details. We will process your request within 5–10 business days and issue a refund to your original payment method.
Renewals
Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed. To avoid an upcoming renewal charge, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Premium features until that date.
Partial Periods
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods beyond the 30-day guarantee window.
Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to abuse the refund policy, including repeated refund requests or accounts showing significant usage of premium features during the claimed refund period.
